Frequently Asked Questions!

Learn more about me and my process of getting your vintage Jukebox back to fully functional!

What types of jukeboxes do you repair?

I repair all kinds of Jukeboxes! Brands like Wurlitzer, Seeburg, and Rockola mainly, I do fix CD Jukeboxes every now and then but my favorites are 40's Wurlitzers. I avoid NSMs as much as possible but I am happy to recap the amplifiers, power supplies, or whatever boards you've got.

How long does a typical jukebox repair take?

Repair time varies significantly based on model and what the issue is, simple problems like a broken needle are same day if the part is acquired, other more extensive repairs are hard too put a date on.

Do you offer on-site repairs?

Yes! I offer on-site repair services for all of Middle Tennessee, generally my service call cost is $350 for Record Players and $450 for Jukeboxes. The service call on its own is NEVER a guaranteed fix, it includes a full mechanism cleaning, new oil, readjustments, contact cleaning, keyboard cleaning, tube testing, and then a diagnosis for all of your electronics specifically the amplifier and power supply. The service call is there too get a base line for diagnosing sometimes its all they need sometimes its how you discover where the problem is. If the service call doesn't cut it from there I provide a detailed diagnosis and a quote based on the initial service calls inspection.

What's included in a service call?

Our service calls include a thorough inspection of your jukebox, diagnosis of any issues, and a detailed estimate for repairs. We'll explain what needs to be fixed and provide you with options. If you approve, we can proceed with repairs on the same visit when possible.

Do you work on both mechanical and digital jukeboxes?

Yes I do, CD Jukeboxes might not be my favorite however they are extremely hardy and ive noticed in my time repairing them that a simple recap and cleaning goes a long way for them.
